Individual Therapy
Service Description
We offer a sliding scale fee and/or insurance coverage for individual therapy sessions that are not under Ketamine Assisted Therapy.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. In the event a patient arrives late as defined by “late arrival” to their appointment or 15 minutes, and cannot be seen by the provider on the same day, they will be rescheduled for a future visit, if available. Late cancelations and No shows incur full price of session. No refunds. In the event a patient has incurred three (3) documented “no-shows” and/or “same-day cancellations,” the patient may be subject to dismissal. The patient’s chart is reviewed and dismissals are determined by a physician and psychotherapist only, no exceptions.
