HOW LONG WILL WILL I BE IN THERAPY?
Well…Each person’s therapy journey is unique and personal, since it depends on the commitment to change and pace the client set for themselves. The most honest answer there is, is that therapy will end when you feel you have complete your goals and feel ready to start living your best life. This does not mean therapy will go on forever and ever if you don’t reach them, but since this is a community we want you to be able to join us and leave as you please. You are welcome to stay and come back at any time. Again, this process my look different for everyone, but our doors are open for any returning clients, or daily commuters wanting to stop by just to say hi!
In regards of KAT, the best results for KAT would be at least 8 sessions with as slow as 1x a month. We do have a commitment for KAT sessions, but once we are able to begin your process with our team, we will explore notions together wwith the understanding that you are welcome to come back at any time
